2007

DCS Group was founded as a specialist in recruitment for the construction and white-collar professional sectors. From the very start, we strived to be the best in our fields and sectors. We foresaw the need to provide our clients with a more agile workforce, allowing organisations and our recruitment partners to stay competitive whilst also reducing overheads for critical projects. Our solutions allowed us to play significant roles in various major projects throughout the UK.

2014

In 2014, we launched DCS Logistics to build on our existing expertise. This strategic move enabled us to concentrate exclusively on providing specialised logistical proficiency and a distinct service to our Supply Chain partners.

2015 – 2020

Since then, our expertise has expanded with the launch of DCS Scaffolding, DCS Automotive, and DCS Rail in 2020. This progression then led to the formation of the DCS Group, featuring distinct brands tailored to our selected markets and sectors. As these industries evolve, we remain proactive in understanding and meeting the recruitment needs of employers.

2023 – 2024

At the end of 2023, DCS Technology was launched to offer high-level technology recruitment solutions globally for key long-term partners. DCS Technology has quickly become the go-to partner for tech recruitment, specialising in areas such as Digital, Software, Senior appointments and many more. In early 2024, DCS Engineering was then founded to focus on eight key sectors, leveraging extensive industry expertise to provide specialised recruitment solutions.
